The Lawrence David trailer – fully Textar liveried with its famous yellow and black colours promoting its passenger car and commercial vehicle OE quality pedigree and brake technology – will join the 350 strong fleet of logistics provider The Green Group, which transports products up and down UK roads 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as well as having warehousing capacity for over 40,000 pallets at their facility in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The trailer has already proved popular on Textar social media channels and more activity including competitions is planned shortly.
The 13.6 metre long trailer offers capacity for up to 52 pallets and will also be used to promote Textar at various UK events including motor racing, such as the British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC).
Pete Osborne, CEO of The Green Group, said: “We want to work with the best brands and we are selective about what branded trailers we have. Textar, through its commitment to the commercial vehicle and transport industry, is the perfect choice and we’re delighted to be able to take the brand to new destinations over the coming months.”
Scott Irwin, Head of Technical Training of TMD Friction UK, added: “The trailer represents an exciting opportunity to promote our passenger car and commercial vehicle braking ranges and we’re delighted to have partnered with a leader in UK logistics in Green Group. The Textar trailer forms part of our marketing campaign for 2021 and beyond, ensuring more people see the brand, which offers confidence throughout the entire automotive supply chain.”
