My Service Trust Solution
Our My Service Trust solution is designed exclusively for workshops. We work closely with workshops, enabling them to send high quality videos instantly to their customers as part of a vehicle health check or to highlight urgent/advisory works on the vehicle. This enables workshops to increase work conversions by around 25%, demonstrate trust and transparency and ultimately breakdown technical boundaries with their customers. The full HD video quality also enables the customer to clearly see and understand the issue, leaving them in no doubt that the repair is required, this is all available from as little as £45 +VAT per month.

How it works
My Service Trust App – The My Service Trust app is used to record full HD quality personalised videos and enables functionality such as pausing the video to create a seamless recording when moving around and under the vehicle. The app can also be used to add customer and vehicle details.
Workshop Dashboard – The Workshop Dashboard is used to add customer and vehicle details, review the video, add detailed notes and quotes and send the video onto the customer. Features also include being able to track when and how many times a video has been viewed. The dashboard is accessed securely online and customer details can be stored adhering to GDPR obligations.
Branded Landing Page – The Branded Landing Page is where the customer views the video. This is accessed via an SMS or email sent from the dashboard directly to the customer. The Landing Page is branded to your workshop, personalised to the recipient and can include notes and a quote for quick authorisation. Useful open statistics are fed back to the Workshop Dashboard to indicate when the customer has watched it.
