Third time’s a charm for LKQ Euro Car Parts who has been awarded the prestigious Customer Engagement award at the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event for the most visitors to its stand during the trade show.
LKQ Euro Car Parts also received £1,500 prize money as part of its achievement and has decided to donate the money to automotive mental health charity, Ben.
Ellen Plummer, head of outreach, awareness, marketing and comms at Ben Automotive comments: “Congratulations to LKQ Euro Car Parts for winning this accolade at the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event. We are incredibly honoured to receive the donation from the team. What a fantastic gesture – this money can make all of the difference when it comes to the work we do in providing support – and crucially promoting mental health and well-being – in the automotive industry.”
This year, LKQ Euro Car Parts joined forces with UK Garage and Bodyshop Event organisers, Messe Frankfurt, on the Modern Garage stand to showcase the latest tools, technology and resources designed for maximum productivity and efficiency in the workshop.
The collaboration between the company and Messe Frankfurt highlighted how garage owners can adapt their technical capability and customer service provision in response to developing industry trends. LKQ Euro Car Parts also had another stand at the event, developed for bodyshop professionals.
Colin Cottrell, marketing director at LKQ Euro Car Parts, says: “We are thrilled to have received this accolade once again in 2024. Trade events like the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event are more crucial than ever, serving as a vital platform for uniting the best in the aftermarket to exchange knowledge, insights, and industry trends, while addressing current challenges and opportunities.”
