The Avayler platform gives customers a fully digital service experience. It uses algorithms to calculate available time slots for the customer using optimization factors such as available bays or the nearest van, the parts available and technician skill sets. It then uses dynamic pricing to value those slots accurately. The customer can track the progress of their service, whether that’s the location of the van and technician or updates to the service they are receiving at a physical site, keeping them informed throughout their journey.
The platform ensures companies can calculate the cheapest, quickest routes to their customer; maximise colleague productivity on the job; give details of traffic and provide colleagues with detailed checklists to ensure a safe, consistent service is provided. It delivers a vastly superior customer experience, with no direct equivalent on the market.
