During the of summer 2021, the standard (95 octane) petrol grade in Great Britain will become E10.
More than 8,000 petrol stations have started selling E10 fuel, which is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from combustion engines.
The petrol, which is also due to arrive in Northern Ireland in early 2022, will be the standard offering at forecourts under the new government energy plans.
