Vanstar's offers advanced solutions for exhaust systems of commercial vehicles (trucks, buses), building and agricultural machinery, power generators, military machinery and vehicles.

Vanstar’s idea is to design, manufacture and distribute complete exhaust systems for all types of: commercial and agricultural vehicles and industrial and military machinery. The company primarily aims at searching for and creating solutions within the exhaust emission technologies, which are used in the products offered. Our technological capabilities allows also produce: catalyst for exhaust systems, pipes for intake systems, pipes for liquid cooling systems, fender pipes, universal bumpers for trailers, other accessories for trucks and trailers, profile frames for the construction of commercial vehicles (for example for buses), bent profiles on a variable radius. We also offer the regeneration of catalysts. Vanstar has in its offer also NOX sensors and air tanks for commercial vehicles.
Our products are available in the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Original Equipment Services (OES) and secondary vehicle parts (AEM) markets. Our technological capabilities includes also : production of exhaust elements (pipes, silencer, elastic elements, accessories), pipes for intake and cooling systems, profile bending, laser cutting of flat and three-dimensional elements (including embossed elements, bent tubes and profiles), turning and milling, pressing on hydraulic presses, vibro-processing, performing quality tests, carrying out pressure tests, CAD-CAM design services.
We offer tests in the laboratory of polymer coatings and powder painting of the construction galvanized and black steel.
