Conference keynote speakers included Darren Darling, founder of the DPF Doctor Network and a longstanding JLM brand ambassador. Darren discussed the JLM products he uses in his workshop and gave delegates a pre-launch glimpse into the online JLM product training he has recently developed for JLM distributors and their customers. The international bestselling marketing author Dee Blick (Kalimex retained marketer) presented a masterclass on how distributors could increase their JLM sales in 2023. DPF Doctor Network members Barry Lawson (Ewan Lawson Motors) Keith Shanahan (Shanahan Auto Services) Alan and Jeanette Landale (A&J Fleetcare) took part in an insightful on-stage discussion facilitated by Darren Darling. Topics included the recent research from Castrol on workshops recommending additives and lubricants and, how workshops should promote the use of high-quality additives to their customers.
