The main attraction behind having a car with a removeable towbar is just that, that’s it’s well, removeable.
While there are many pros for having them, one of the few cons must be surrounding actually fitting them, made worse when the little plastic cover protecting the metal housing goes missing exposing the female fitting to the elements and creating the obvious metal-on-metal issues.
That said, all can be easily remedied with a fairly hefty dose of WD-40 Specialist® Spray Grease.
