Digital Servicebook is an open and independent software platform for all car brands enabling workshops to save time, guarantee full transparency of service, repairs, and warranties, and retain their customers.
To date, more than 1.7 million services have been registered on our platform by the thousands of workshops already using it. Digital Servicebook originates from Denmark, but we have since expanded our presence to especially Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
We integrate with many of the most popular garage management systems for an easy, uninterrupted workflow - and new integration partners are frequently being added so that even more workshops can save time registering service and allow their customers - the car owners - the get control over their data.
Digital Servicebook launched in 2015 to help the independent garages in Denmark stand stronger in the face of the digital war that had already begun.
Among many other things, the rising digitalisation meant that car manufacturers did their best to keep the customers to themselves – by making it difficult for the independent workshops to access their systems.
