The new programme features Carbon Zapp’s full line-up of test benches, diagnostic equipment and tooling. This includes its latest generation MTBR-X, a standalone bench with embedded cloud-based technology, that allows extremely fast, high pressure testing up to 3000Bar, for all makes of diesel and petrol systems. Its ITB.4R-X, a dedicated diesel injector bench, capable of testing all technologies, including Euro 6 systems. The new GTB4R-X, a GDi equivalent, with the ability to test, service and code every possible GDi injector on the market. Plus, a suite of compact, desktop solutions. It’s GDU.4r, for example, widely regarded as one of the best in the industry, is capable of testing four direct injectors up to 850Bar, with only 5Bar air supply, in under 15 minutes, ensuring quick, right-first-time injector servicing.
As part of its wide-ranging support package, and to help reduce the upfront purchase costs, Carwood offers a range of finance solutions via its preferred partner, First Business Finance UK. When the machine is ready to be installed, Carwood technicians will provide onsite commissioning and training. This will ensure workshops are quickly up-to-speed with their new equipment, and can maximise both productivity and profitability gains from the outset. Users will also have access to a technical hotline, manned by a team of experts, for any further support and help that is required.
